I’ve been there and it is such a sweet little street. Ya can walk thru there and hear people inside their homes there practicing their instruments and singing. It does feel like stepping back in time. Wells is a beautiful little town.

Absolutely stunning, except when they got to the gardens. They look like they need watered. Maybe they are just honoring a water shortage, but that quick glimpse of the gardens did not live up to the splendor of the house.

Yes, the gardens are beautiful. 🙄 It's called a nature garden, necessary for British wildlife to thrive. The artificial over maintained Italianate style is a biodiversity death sentence. The bird song, butterflies, etc, are the real beauties.

Honestly the Spencers had many more famous members who had more of an impact on the UK than Diana! I remember how the ONLY reason why she was famous was because she flirted with the Press and pretended to do good. If you want my opinion if she was a real Christian or not, look to the verse "you will know a tree by it's fruits.
